Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.

   • Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. International Returns

• For customers outside our primary market, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.
